Claim Process

At Vassiliou Insurance Agents & Consultants Ltd, we are well aware that the last thing you are concerned about at a difficult moment in your life is the process to submit your claim to be reimbursed. Thus, we have tried to simplify the process by offering you the useful phone numbers of Help Lines, as well as the forms you will need to fill in.

In case of a road accident
  1. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! CALL ROAD ASSISTANCE. You can find the relevant phone numbers at the above Help Line table. The people in charge will guide you as to how the process will proceed. 
  2. Our company finds your immediate communication with us at the moment of the accident extremely important. If you did not contact road assistance for a serious reason, contact us immediately at 22358093/94, at the latest within 24 hours of the accident to fill in the road accident rembersement form.

When we will have received the required documents, we will send you an sms to let you know, in order for you to be certain that the process is proceeding normally.



Out-of-hospital Medical Expenses
  1. Make sure that you have the original documentation from the doctor you saw, as well as from the pharmacy from which you bought your medicine. The pharmacy receipt should include: 
    • The medicine that were prescribed in detail 
    • The patient’s name 
    • The stamp and pharmacist’s signature 
  2. Send these documents within 15 days, as well as the filled out form for medical care reimbersement.

In case of Hospital Admission  
  1. Notify the company in advance for any scheduled admission to a hospital within 8 days from the sate of the accident or occuring of the disease.
  2. In case that you have not notified the company from the start, make sure that you do so before your discharge.
  3. Make sure that you have the original documents and invoices of hospital and doctor services. Send these documents within 10 days.
  4. In case that you have chosen one of the contracted clinics, you may admin yourselves just by presenting the medical card that you were given. Hence, the reimbersement process will automatically proceed by the company itself.



In case of Employer Liability
  1. Duly notify the company the company for the incident.
  2. Submit the required documents and the filled out reimbursement form as soon as possible.



In case of Personal Accidents
  1. Duly notify the company the company for the incident.
  2. Submit the required documents. Make sure that you have the original documentation from the doctor you saw, as well as from the pharmacy from which you bought your medicine. The pharmacy receipt should include:

  3. Submit the filled out reibursement form within 10 days
